Een bloedanalyse komt aan bod wanneer een speekselafname niet mogelijk is of wanneer u daarom verzoekt.<\/p>\n<h2>Wat riskeert u?<\/h2>\n<p>Een geldboete, een verval van het recht tot sturen en bij zwaardere of herhaalde feiten herstelexamens, waaronder een medisch en psychologisch onderzoek. Uw rijbewijs kan bovendien onmiddellijk worden ingetrokken.<\/p>\n<h2>Waar zit de verdediging?<\/h2>\n<p>Meestal in de procedure. Werd de checklist correct ingevuld? Is de wettelijke wachttijd gerespecteerd? Werd het staal correct bewaard en vervoerd? Werd u gewezen op uw recht op een tegenexpertise?
