They may take a breath test, check your vehicle for technical condition, and if suspected, take a saliva test for drugs.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can you refuse the breath test?<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No - refusal of the breath test is punishable and equated to intoxication.
