In it, you summon the debtor to pay within a certain period of time, mentioning the legal interest and possible legal action in case of non-payment.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2: subpoena to court<\/h2><p>If payment is not made, you summon the debtor to the competent court (justice of the peace, company court or court of first instance). After a guilty verdict, you can proceed to enforcement through a bailiff.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Seizure of wages or bank account<\/h2><p>With an enforceable title, the bailiff can seize the debtor's wages or bank account.
