If you face repeated harassing behavior by a colleague, supervisor or employer, you have the right to file a complaint and take legal action.<\/p>\n<h3>What is harassment at work?<\/h3>\n<p>Workplace harassment is unlawful conduct that occurs repeatedly and has the purpose or effect of affecting the employee's personality, dignity or psychological or physical integrity. Examples include: verbal aggression, social isolation, ridicule, spreading gossip or excessive control.<\/p>\n<h3>The procedure: internal and external complaint<\/h3>\n<p>In the first instance, turn to the confidential advisor or the psychosocial aspects prevention advisor within your company.
