La citation est signifi\u00e9e par un huissier de justice et mentionne le lieu, la date et l'heure de l'audience.<\/p>\n<h2>Devez-vous \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent en personne ?<\/h2>\n<p>Dans la plupart des cas, non : votre avocat peut vous repr\u00e9senter. En pr\u00e9sence de faits graves ou lorsque le juge souhaite vous entendre, votre pr\u00e9sence est en revanche indiqu\u00e9e.
