L'article 1321 du Code judiciaire \u00e9num\u00e8re toutefois les \u00e9l\u00e9ments dont le juge doit tenir compte : les revenus et ressources de chacun des parents, l'h\u00e9bergement de l'enfant, ainsi que les frais ordinaires d'entretien, d'\u00e9ducation et de formation de l'enfant. En pratique, il est souvent fait appel \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode Renard ou au mode de calcul de la Gezinsbond, sans que le juge y soit li\u00e9.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Frais extraordinaires<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outre les frais d'entretien mensuels, il existe des frais extraordinaires : frais m\u00e9dicaux, frais de scolarit\u00e9, activit\u00e9s sportives, etc. Ces d\u00e9penses sont normalement partag\u00e9es proportionnellement aux revenus des deux parents.
