( Brussels, Halle, Vilvoorde, Aalst, Dendermonde, Leuven, Mechelen, Hannuit, Bergen, … ) This ranges from hit-and-run, drunk driving, serious speeding to causing an accident. What is the added value of a lawyer ? Before the hearing, we will review your entire file, after which we will discuss the circumstances together and make an assessment of the possible sanctions. We know the specific problems or obstacles that can arise in a file during the hearing and will try to anticipate them. In addition, there are also specific elements that can plead in your favor. We will examine these together with you and try to plead for the mildest possible sentence for you. During the hearing your presence is not mandatory if the lawyer represents you but sometimes your presence is necessary. We will inform you about this.
